Great family trip

We had an amazing family vacation with 12 of us in Vietnam! Ms. Rachel customized the tour and did an excellent job giving us honest advice for a family trip. We all had a blast, especially the kids, they gained new experiences and had a great time. We were 2-hour delayed on a domestic flight from Hanoi to Hue but Rachel handled it so well that we didn’t miss out on any of the planned itinerary. All the guides and drivers were attentive and punctual. The company and Ms. Rachel truly deserve a 5-star rating.
