Magical family holidays! We are very demanding clients and we have been positively impressed by the professionalism of the Hanoi voyage service from day 1 up to the end. Thanks to their advices, we could visit Viet Nam beauties with a mix of fun, cultural and relaxing experience. I particularly appreciated the personalized approach, the visit to tailor the trip to really what clients matters. Listening and flexibility were also super good: we changed slightly the program and this was super easy, during the trip we never felt in an hurry and the private guide and driver were always fantastic!
