Such a tremendous trip to Vietnam

Thank you again for putting together such a tremendous trip package for my recent trip to Vietnam. From start to finish everything went exceptionally well and I will recommend your services to friends and family that plan to visit Vietnam in the future.  All airport transfers and tours were flawlessly executed. Every driver was on time, professional and practiced safe driving.  In Saigon, I really liked the hotel and free time to enjoy at my own pace. Although I canceled the Vespa tour, I was able to get a full experience at my own pace. I could have been picked up later for the airport on the last day as I arrived very early and waited for 2 hours after check in for my flight.

I tried to follow the tipping guidelines provided but it was still confusing to me how much to tip a driver to/from airport, guides when part of solo private or group tour. Recommend clearer guidance to clients so we can properly reward.

Overall, an exceptional trip and I may make plans to return next year. If so, I will go through you, Helen, since it was so well planned. You also communicate very well and made it a personal experience for me the client. Thank you!
