After breakfast, we’ll explore Luang Prabang. We’ll visit the Royal Palace Museum, admire the classical Laotian architecture at Wat Xiengthong, and cool off at the Kuang Si Waterfall. You’ll have free time to enjoy the waterfalls and visit the Bear Rescue Centre.
Returning to town, we’ll stop by the Ock Pop Tock Living Craft Center, offering tours of traditional craftsmanship. In the evening, we’ll ascend Phousi Hill for a stunning sunset view, followed by a visit to the Night Market for handmade textiles.

Our adventure commences at 8 am as we board a local long boat for an upstream journey through stunning landscapes. Our first stop is a riverside village, offering a chance to explore and visit the local school if it’s a weekday. We then head to Tad Mork, a waterfall near Ban Sop Kong, accessible by an hour-long trek. After enjoying the waterfall and a picnic lunch, we continue upstream to Muang Ngoy, a charming and unspoiled town nestled in breathtaking scenery. If time allows, we may stop for refreshments at a riverside restaurant before the return journey to Nong Khiaw. En route, we pause at another captivating village, with an estimated arrival in Nong Khiaw around sunset.

Learn about the local way of life before embarking on the ‘100 Waterfalls Adventure Trail.’ Trek through streams and rice paddies to reach the base of the 100 Waterfalls, a discovery from 2008, immersing yourself in a world of water and jungle, surrounded by the soothing sounds of waterfalls. Enjoy a refreshing dip in inviting pools and savor a local-style lunch prepared by your guide amidst lush greenery. Descend through a village trail with expansive Nam Ou Valley views before returning to the village to experience daily life.
