[Hiring] Inbound Travel Specialist (English Speaking)

DUTIES

  • Selling tailor-made package tours directly to English-speaking customers, preparing proposals and quotations for retail agents and direct clients.
  • Design tour programs and create quotations based on client requests, for both FIT and agents, providing additional information and consultancy to boost sales.
  • Gather information to fully understand clients/agent requests and offer suitable options to meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and promote all Asia Trip Deals destinations and tailor-made tours.
  • Oversee and manage the individual sales process and follow up with clients/agents to enhance booking conversion.
  • Negotiate fees and changes with clients/agents (where necessary) to maximize sales values.
  • Prepare and send final confirmations, invoices, and travel documents or vouchers to clients/agents.
  • Coordinate with other departments of Asia Trip Deals to ensure all the services are committed to clients.
  • Work closely with the operation/reservation team to solve problems for clients when required.
  • Maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with clients and retail travel agents, ensuring high-quality personal service.
  • Collect client feedback and suggest ideas to the team for continuous improvement of Asia Trip Deals’ service quality.
  • Contribute ideas and work on package quotations for Asia Trip Deals’ websites.
  • Follow-up client’s payments.
  • Report to the Sales Team Leader.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • This position is open to Vietnamese Nationality only.
  • Minimum 01-year experience as Inbound Sales Executive.
  • Excellent English Language skills. (Fluency in other European languages is advantageous.)
  • Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working independently.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Good knowledge of foreign customers’ expectations and willingness to meet their demands.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills.
  • Great face-to-face and remote communication skills.
  • Honest, Open, Cooperative, Teamwork, Motivated, and Business-focused.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
  • Empathetic listener with a strong understanding of Western culture.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inbound Tourism or related field.
  • Fluent in English or very good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail, enthusiastic, honest, and highly responsible, with a focus on achieving common goals.
  • Able to work independently as well as coordinate in groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PDF, and Internet applications.

  • Market: Mainly English-speaking countries: USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and other parts of Europe.
  • Working hours: 08.30 – 17.30
  • Working days: Weekdays, office hours from Monday to Saturday with 02 Saturdays off per month.
