Our 11 night private Vietnam family trip booked through Asia Trip Deals was fantastic for our family of five (teenagers 15,16 and 18yrs). Working with Ashley to customise our itinerary was a breeze. She added to our ideas to make it a very active itinerary which suited our family. Our tour guide, Vinh, in Hoi An was the best on the whole tour. He had wonderful English and nothing was a problem for him. Our accommodation (Somerset Hotel, HCM, Golden Village Hotel, Hoi An and San Premium Hanoi) was all located in central areas and the first two had wonderful pools to use. The tail end of our trip had a typhoon visiting Vietnam so a few adjustments were needed but the substituted activities were at the same level of the original itinerary. We may have missed the overnight stay in Halong Bay following our cruise but got to visit an incense village and ceramic village. The majority of our trip was pre-paid, just a handful of meals, a show we hadn't booked, tipping and shopping were our only expenses. Would highly recommend Asia Trip Deals to design an itinerary for your next holiday.

We have done our Vietnum and Cambodia tour with Asia Trip deals and Ashley was the travel designer for our tour. It was a memorable tour with lot of experiences about the culture and people of these two countries. It was well organised by Ashley and any issues were dealt promptly. Couple of suggestions: Please provide guide who are experienced, flexible, caring and friendly. We had a bit of issue with our 1st guide for our Ho chi min city but our 2nd Guide was excellent and lovely, sorry forgot her name! I also want to advise Asia tour deal to keep Cambodian cultural show with buffet dinner in the itinerary, it was an excellent experience to have. We were lucky to experience this, it was not in our itinerary, included later as our boat tour was cancelled due to bad weather. Few highlights of our tour Loved our Halong bay cruise with Peony cruise Loved the old city Hoi ann Golden Bridge visit Angkor Wat was mesmerising specially the sunrise over the temple Thank you Ashley for being accommodating and for looking after us from the beginning to the end of the tour.

Ashley from Asia Trip Deals organised our entire trip flawlessly. All we had to do was tell her what we were looking for, and she created a tailored itinerary to our needs and wants. We were two families with older kids (teenagers). Ashley advised on us on suggested changes to some of the places we were thinking of going based on the time of year, weather in particular regions etc. The fact the she's based in Hanoi meant we had someone who knew the areas and at each location she had a bunch of recommendations and suggestions which really added value to our trip. Not only was everything planned for us, Ashley also sorted our visas, sim cards and everything else you could think of. We didn't have to think about a thing - where others we met were trying to organise taxis, transfers etc - we had everything we needed and felt like royalty! All the tours we did that included lunch - we seemed to get the best spot and the best service, like a private table overlooking the water or rice fields - which is what we got everywhere we went. We spent four incredible nights in Hoi An with a group of seven friends from New Zealand and Australia, celebrating a 50th birthday — and our experience wouldn’t have been the same without our amazing guide, Vinh, from the team at Asia Trip Deals.
