We were very pleased with the trip. I have no complaints. My husband and I have traveled a lot, and there are a few things that would make the trip even better. In Hanoi, I would recommend doing the walking food tour the first night. After that huge lunch where we met you, we were not hungry for dinner:) The trip to Halong Bay, start to finish, was fabulous. In Hoi An, the guide was the strongest of the three. She was knowledgeable, flexible, and friendly. Her recommendations to restaurants were great, and she was very helpful. She even made us reservations for dinner one evening, which was very kind. The cooking class was a definite highlight - and Van made it memorable, for sure. The hotel was okay - the room was really large and everyone there helpful. The NYE celebration was a bit loud, but thankfully ended early. Overall, we loved our time in Hoi An.

We have finished our tours in Bangkok. The guide was very good and informative. Her English was good. She was very punctual and spent quite a bit of extra time with us walking around the city. The driver was good and the van comfortable. Our only complaint is that we were rarely given hand towels and seldom any cold water. We often had to buy our own water. As a general suggestion it would be helpful if local guides or their companies had readily available printed information of the daily activities so we could remember at the end of s busy day what we had seen. We also suggest that it would be very easy for your local tour companies or their guides to have printed descriptions of local information that is often contained in travel books: currency rates, telephone tips, key words, local transportation, restaurants, main shopping districts, required dress code for visits, etc. It would save a lot of time and allow the guides to spend more time on other information. Finally, for hot destinations, cold cloths in an ice bucket would be very useful. Thanks for all of your expert help. I'm sure we will be in touch soon

Thank you for your follow up letter regarding the services you provided in assisting us with our travels to Vietnam and Cambodia. We have been away in the United States and now that we are finally home in Canada I will take the opportunity to respond to you.

Firstly, let me assure you that we had a wonderful visit and were more than satisfied with your efforts in making this happen.

As anticipated we enjoyed visiting the historical sites, temples, and other points of interest that gave us a first hand understanding of the history of your country. More importantly for me was the opportunity to experience the culture and see the people in their everyday life activities.

I was most impressed with the industriousness and hard working attitude people displayed in their everyday life. The busyness of the streets of the old city in Ha Noi is a testament to this. The train ride to Lao Cai was a memorable experience and visiting the Bac Ha market gave us insight into how the local people live and travel. This was an excellent suggestion and we are grateful that you were able to include these activities in our ittenary. These things and visiting the villages of the tribal people were the highlights of our trip.

The hotels that you chose were all excellent and being able to say in the heart of the old city in Ha Noi was a great idea as we were able to see and experience the street life there. The staff at the Aira Boutique hotel in Sapa should be singled out for the efforts they made to insure that we had enjoyed our stay.

Finally, the tour guides were all very helpful and knowledgeable and made every effort to accommodate us. The extra efforts made by Ms.Theavy in Siem Reap to insure that we were able to attend a dinner theater in the evening and return safely to our hotel was way beyond what was expected as was your effort to travel to our hotel so that we could meet you in Ha Noi when you were not feeling well.

We were very impressed with the trip to Vietnam, the efforts made by you and your company making sure we had an excellent visit and thank you for it.
