Ashley from Asia Trip Deals organised our entire trip flawlessly. All we had to do was tell her what we were looking for, and she created a tailored itinerary to our needs and wants. We were two families with older kids (teenagers). Ashley advised on us on suggested changes to some of the places we were thinking of going based on the time of year, weather in particular regions etc. The fact the she's based in Hanoi meant we had someone who knew the areas and at each location she had a bunch of recommendations and suggestions which really added value to our trip. Not only was everything planned for us, Ashley also sorted our visas, sim cards and everything else you could think of. We didn't have to think about a thing - where others we met were trying to organise taxis, transfers etc - we had everything we needed and felt like royalty! All the tours we did that included lunch - we seemed to get the best spot and the best service, like a private table overlooking the water or rice fields - which is what we got everywhere we went. We spent four incredible nights in Hoi An with a group of seven friends from New Zealand and Australia, celebrating a 50th birthday — and our experience wouldn’t have been the same without our amazing guide, Vinh, from the team at Asia Trip Deals. From the moment we met him, Vinh stood out. He was kind, funny, honest, and so genuinely caring. His flexibility and professionalism made everything smooth and stress-free, while his storytelling and deep local knowledge brought the region to life. He wasn’t just a guide — he quickly felt like a friend. Even after our tour ended, Vinh kept looking out for us. He sent through thoughtful recommendations on the best places to eat, shop, and get tailor-made clothes and shoes. And as we said goodbye, he gifted each of us a little Buddha — now lovingly known as our “What would Vinh do?” reminder whenever we need some travel wisdom or calm! Highlights of our trip included shopping in the Old Town and our day trip to the breathtaking Ba Na Hills, but honestly, the true highlight was having Vinh with us to guide the journey. We couldn’t recommend Vinh more highly — if you’re lucky enough to have him as your guide, you’re in for something really special.

I wanted to visit Vietnam for a couple of weeks, but didn’t know where to start. I’ve always planned my own trips, but this country is so vast and I was travelling alone, with luggage, plus, I wanted to see so many specific places I wasn’t sure how to arrange transportation to, it was all so overwhelming. I needed help planning and I found Asia Trip Deals on Tripadvisor. I contacted them and received a prompt reply from Ashley. I opted for a private tour and I’m glad I did, as I later saw fellow independent travellers haggling for transportation prices with taxi drivers in remote places. She asked me what I’m interested in and designed a tour for me and my needs, specifically. Not only she was friendly and transparent, but she actually listened to what I wanted to see and tailored an itinerary accordingly. She even advised me on seeing some places I never thought of exploring, which turned out to be amongst the highlights of my trip! Every detail was drawn up to the dot. I was met by a guide and a driver at the airport, who were so friendly and welcoming. The car was air conditioned and top quality, very safe driving. My guide didn’t leave my side and explained everything we were going to see and where we were going to eat etc In fact, all the guides Ashley hand picked for me throughout my trip were very different characters, all knowledgeable and I felt they matched my vibe and shared what I was looking to learn about the local culture and customs, they weren’t just throwing facts at me, more like a friendly vibe. Everything went on time and at my pace (I probably was a pain stopping for ages to take photos of everything and asking a million questions ) they were patient and great photographers, too!! I met Ashley for a coffee when I arrived, she introduced me to some local cafes and we talked a lot about the Vietnamese culture, she speaks great English and is very insightful, she even adjusted some destinations for me, last minute, along the way, upon my request. I went from Ha noi to Hao Lu, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay, Sa Pa, Cat Cat Village, hiked by the rice terraces, Hue, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. I felt so connected to the Vietnamese culture and ethnic minorities through my guides, Ashley was in touch everyday to make sure everything is up to standard and running smoothly with no issues, I made some great lifelong friends on this trip and amazing memories, which I don’t think I would have experienced to this depth had I done it by myself. Vietnam is amongst the most beautiful countries you’ll ever visit in your lifetime, picturesque, friendly and very proud people, I’m glad I did it hassle free. Ashley and Asia Trip Deals are highly professional, I felt safe, looked after and just can’t fault any detail of my trip. I encountered no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them for planning your next trip to Vietnam.

WOW, I don't know where to start, amazing is the 1st word I'd use. I booked a 3week trip to Vietnam and Thailand for my 11yr old daughter and myself with Lisa. It was seamless and so easy..she organised absolutely everything even changed our itinerary 3times to incorporate all that we wanted to do..sometimes we were part of a group and sometimes we had private tours.. We did halong Bay, stunning, bana Hills awesome, Hanoi beautiful, bangkok loved it, phuket and phiphi islands absolutely beautiful. The hotels were all great and exceeded my expectations a special mention to burasari Resort in phuket, perfect..great beds, breakfast everything was perfect.. Not once was any transport late to pick us up or drop us off and having that organised was a massive weight off my mind..big shout out to Tito and Happy Buddah.. our guides in bangkok, so much fun and so informative, we enjoyed their company immensely. We did cooking classes, went to the zoo, went on boats, trains, the longest cable car in the world and aeroplanes, went on food tours, made lanterns, and conical hats, went on tuktuks, swimming, fishing, shopping and had a heap of massages.. It was a holiday filled with a myriad of happy memories and lots of laughs and smiles and it wouldn't have been achieved without the expert help of Lisa and the team at Asia Trip Deals.. She was with us throughout via whatsapp and even met us in Hanoi when we arrived with sim cards and a welcoming smile. 12 out of 10 Lisa, it has been an absolute pleasure and I look forward to organising another trip with you soon..

Thank you Lisa at Asia Trip Deals for making our holiday in Vietnam truly memorable. After telling Lisa what we wanted to do and see on our holiday, she planned a two week for our family. Lisa kept in touch all through our trip and we got to meet her in Hanoi!! Everything ran smoothly. From the pick up from the airport to the hotel. The 2 internal flights, all the tours.
