I found Asia Trip Deals online through Trip Advisor which had rated this company 5 stars. I will say, it did not let me down. I was concerned about sending deposit via wire to Vietnam, but the personnel went above and beyond to reassure me of its legitimacy. Once we got down to the business of creating an itinerary, I soon realized that the sky was the limit. We NEVER would have experienced Vietnam in the manner that we did had we had booked with a traditional US based tour company. With the assistance of Helen, our travel agent liaison, I was free to choose the type of hotel, city, the level of activity, the variety of activities, as well as the pace of the entire trip. As I was traveling with my 27-year-old daughter, and knew that we had to have a lot of variety built-in to the itinerary. And Helen went above and beyond to make sure that we saw the highlights of Vietnam and Laos. We hiked to the top of waterfalls, we bike rode through rice paddies, we kayaked through the historic Ha Long Bay, we boated down the Mekong River, and enjoyed the festivities of the New Year in Luang Prabang, Laos. Helen was attentive to the details, and arranged all the transfers from the airport to the hotel and all the activities in between. She responded quickly and with enthusiasm. She was willing to make last-minute changes to our itinerary because of heat, and for that I am thankful. Our trip would not have been the same without Helen. She was gracious, kind, and responsive at all times given the 12 hour time change. We even had a chance to meet Helen in Hanoi, and I am so glad that I had a chance to personally thank her for making such a memorable trip. Hats off to you, my dear. My hope is that our paths cross again.

I was a female solo traveller and from my first email, I was made to feel important. I detailed the countries I wanted to go to and the time frame. You can also tell them all the things that you want to see and do. I had nothing specific so I left it to my consultant, Helen. She only had 1 month to organise for me to go to Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia for 4 weeks. Over a short time she came up with an itinerary. We worked through this with a few small changes – but I always felt that nothing was too much trouble for them to sort out for me. If I did not understand something, it was explained to me. I received all the necessary information to do my visas online and all the internal flights and travel were organised. I did not want 5 star hotels so went with 3 star. It was great, all the hotels were right in the middle of the action, were very clean and friendly – after all, you are only sleeping there a short while so gives you more to spend on your holiday. Even once you are into your holiday Helen was still in contact with me to make sure everything was as expected. Again, if you wanted a change along the way, they were only too happy to fix for you. My final itinerary became my nightly bible read so that I knew what was expected the next day. I got to meet with Helen when I reached Hanoi which was really nice. I was so impressed with their service that I endeavoured to inform all the people I encountered along the way about their capabilities. I always felt very safe wherever I went and it was great being picked up from the airport & taken back. A great service if you want this.

Hello Helen, all the tours have been wonderful. We especially enjoyed Halong Bay and our tour guide Petal. Even though the weather was not so good we had a wonderful day. The lunch was good too. When our friends ask us how our trip to Vietnam was, we answer simply by saying it was great and we had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the trip to Sapa to see the mountains, the rice fields and meet and get to know about the many indigenous peoples in the area . Hoi an with all its lanterns was a lovely city and we were able to have some shirts made. Saigon was filled with lots of history and the visit to the Mekong Delta was lots of fun as well as interesting. The hotels we stayed at were excellent and the staff always friendly and helpful. We can not say enough about our tour guides and drivers. All were very knowledgeable and we enjoyed them greatly. What we also liked about our trip was that we had our own free time at each place so we could also do some things on our own. I think it is a good thing to do for anyone booking tours. You had also told us about the train to Sapa, it was a little different then we had expected but as you said the rooms were very clean and tidy and was a wonderful experience and allowed us to see so much of the countryside. The hotel room in Siem Reap bigger then we needed but it was useful that it had a washer and we could get our laundry done before our cruise. Angkor Wat was amazing with so much history . And of course, the wonderful experience of our blessing by the Budha priest.. The food was delicious with lots of variety and many a Tiger beer was enjoyed by all. Last of all, the people of Vietnam were great. Everywhere we went we were met with smiles and made to feel welcome in this beautiful country. We want to thank you for all the helpful advise you gave us while we were planning this trip We will definitely recommend your company to our friends and family. Thank you
