Within a day or so Ashley came back to us with a quote & draft itinerary for 22day tour. It was fabulous! Everything was organised from internal flights, good accommodation, comfortable private transfer vehicles & great guides who went above & beyond to make our trip memorable. Some of the highlights were getting to visit local families in small villages with our guides that you would never get to do with a large group tour and we would not have done if we organised the trip ourselves. Ashley was amazing, keeping us up to date before the trip & then checking in with us during the trip to make sure everything was going ok. We just returned from an incredible trip through Vietnam and Bali, for our 30th wedding anniversary all expertly organised by Ashley at Asia Trip Deals. From the moment we landed to the day we flew home, everything was absolutely seamless. Our itinerary included Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, the Mekong Delta, and Ubud in Bali. Every stop was thoughtfully planned, with excellent hotels, smooth transfers, great food, and well-paced tours. Ashley was amazing—super responsive, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. Our 11 night private Vietnam family trip booked through Asia Trip Deals was fantastic for our family of five (teenagers 15,16 and 18yrs). Working with Ashley to customise our itinerary was a breeze. She added to our ideas to make it a very active itinerary which suited our family. Our tour guide, Vinh, in Hoi An was the best on the whole tour. He had wonderful English and nothing was a problem for him. Our accommodation (Somerset Hotel, HCM, Golden Village Hotel, Hoi An and San Premium Hanoi) was all located in central areas and the first two had wonderful pools to use. The tail end of our trip had a typhoon visiting Vietnam so a few adjustments were needed but the substituted activities were at the same level of the original itinerary. We may have missed the overnight stay in Halong Bay following our cruise but got to visit an incense village and ceramic village. The majority of our trip was pre-paid, just a handful of meals, a show we hadn't booked, tipping and shopping were our only expenses. Would highly recommend Asia Trip Deals to design an itinerary for your next holiday.
