This was our first trip to Vietnam and our first trip organized by a travel agent (we normally plan and book everything ourselves). It was absolutely the way to go. Far less time-consuming, and much better value and experience overall based on their connections, expert knowledge and network of guides, drivers, hotels etc. Rachel was absolutely lovely to work with. She took the time to customize an itinerary according to our interests and budget, accommodated a number of changes along the way, checked in on us while traveling to ensure everything met our expectations, proactively dealt with a minor hotel issue during our travels all behind the scenes, and took the time to meet us at the beginning of our trip. Our experience with Asia Trip Deals honestly couldn’t have been any better and exceeded our expectations. We’ve recommended them to friends planning a trip to VN and Cambodia and will book with them again for more trip in Asia in the future.
