Angkor Thom - Ta Prohm
This morning, explore Angkor Thom by tuk-tuk, a unique mode of transportation frequently used in Southeast Asia. Visit the Bayon Temple, famous for its towers with 172 faces, then continue to the Baphuon, one of the largest religious edifices of ancient Cambodia. Wander within the ancient Royal Palace grounds where you’ll find the Phimeanakas sanctuary, a three-tiered mountain temple, and discover the Terrace of the Elephants, a vast elevated terrace adorned with elephant carvings, and the Terrace of the Leper King, named after the statue found there. Visit Ta Prohm Temple, one of the most impressive sites in the complex where nature has reclaimed the area, with giant tree roots embracing the temple stones, creating a breathtaking spectacle. At sunset, witness a display of colors and lights at the grandest of the Angkor temples.
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch
Overnight in Siemreap.

Angkor Wat - Banti Srei - Prasat Chrung
This morning, rise early to visit Angkor Wat at sunrise, the most famous and majestic temple in the Angkor complex, known for its iconic towers and being the symbol of Cambodia. This colossal temple, a funerary “mountain” made of sandstone and laterite, dedicated to Vishnu, is the epitome of Khmer architecture, reaching the pinnacle of grandeur and sophistication, covering an area of over 80 hectares. While scholars may debate its exact purpose, they unanimously agree that it was a sanctuary, as even the god-kings of the Khmers had palaces made of wood with thatched roofs or tiles; stone buildings were exclusively used for worshiping gods and deified sovereigns.
In the afternoon, head to the temple of Banteay Srei (10th century), also known as the “Citadel of Women,” a jewel of pink sandstone entirely sculpted and dedicated to Shiva, built by King Jayavarman V. You will also visit the Prasat Kravan temple, built in 921. Then continue your exploration with Banteay Samre (12th century). On the way back to the city, discover the palm sugar-making process. Afterward, take a short walk through the South Gate of Angkor Thom to Prasat Chrung to admire the sunset from a small Buddhist temple. After the sunset, enjoy a cruise on a traditional Khmer boat (Gondola boat) on the river from the southern gate of Angkor Thom.
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch
Overnight in Siemreap.

Tonlé Sap lake - Beng Mealea
Depart for the Kampong Khleang floating village, away from the tourist routes, and explore a genuine “house forest” rising to 10 meters high. This village primarily relies on fishing and is home to around 1,800 families comprising a population of 6,000 residents! Take a walk in the village, meet and interact with its inhabitants. You will witness the monks’ blessing in a pagoda, followed by a local boat ride on the canals. Continue with a visit to the Beng Mealea Temple, engulfed by the roots of kapok trees. Largely collapsed, this temple is enveloped in vegetation, vines, and roots that have embraced and reshaped its forms. Let yourself be guided through the wooden walkways and stairs and discover this complex, one of the largest in the Khmer Empire. In the evening, enjoy a dinner accompanied by a classical Khmer dance, a tradition with ancient roots. These dancers, identified as “Apsara” celestial nymphs, perform gracefully and sensually, dancing for the pleasure of the gods and to maintain the harmony of the world. Every gesture and posture carries a meaning.

Overnight in Siemreap.

Siem Reap- Battambang (175 km/ 3h)

This mode of transportation is used by locals and provides an unforgettable experience as you travel through the Cambodian countryside and interact with the local population. Enjoy a free morning to explore the city at your own pace. Battambang, located along a river and surrounded by beautiful countryside, offers a captivating mix of a friendly small town and warm postcolonial charm. In the afternoon, visit the Battambang Provincial Museum, which houses valuable Khmer cultural heritage items. Continue to Prasat Banon, a Brahmanic sanctuary perched on a hill approximately 80 meters high, accessible by 368 steps, offering a stunning panoramic view of endless rice fields. (B – L – D)

Throughout your journey, admire the rice paddy landscapes and observe picturesque scenes of everyday life.

Next, explore the Silver Pagoda, which houses priceless national treasures. Then, visit Wat Phnom, which means “Hill Pagoda” and is dedicated to the goddess of the sea. Thank you Emma and Asia Trip Deals for arranging an awesome and unforgettable vacation in Vietnam. We were 4 friends who were planning for Vietnam and were confused about how to kick start and complete our trip in 10 days within budget. Right then we got in touch with Emma and she handled everything for us, starting from our trip itinerary, domestic flights, accommodations and must-visit places. Our entire trip was fun-filled and knowledgeable, all thanks to the tour guides provided to us, they were super friendly, helpful and filled with enthusiasm. Life changing experience
My travel in Asia was truly life-changing. I traveled to Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. None of it would’ve been possible without the amazing strategy and help from Ngoc Ahn. She was instrumental in organizing all my stays, activities, transportation, and all around, I felt protected and taken care of at every step of the way. There was never a glitch, there was never a problem, everything was smooth, and I didn’t have to think about anything. It was also a pleasure to meet her, as she is absolutely lovely, and spend time with her in Hanoi!
I cannot recommend Asia Deals enough.

Hello Helen, all the tours have been wonderful. We especially enjoyed Halong Bay and our tour guide Petal. Even though the weather was not so good we had a wonderful day. The lunch was good too. Also enjoyed our Hoi An visit with Toan. Very knowledgeable guide. Saigon city tour was good but such a busy city.
Thank you for organizing everything so well.
Kind Regards
